Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email thehoodiepals@gmail.com with your order number. Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in its original packaging. We'll email you the return address — please don't send anything back before contacting us. You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns.
We'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof you've posted it).
Faulty, damaged or not as described?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't pay any return costs. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Parcel hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days of ordering, email us and we'll track it down, then reship or refund it.
