Shipping policy

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery is free on every order. Orders are processed within 1–3 working days, and delivery usually takes 7–12 working days after that. Your Hoodie Pals ship directly from our partner warehouse overseas, which is why delivery takes a little longer than next-day. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

Christmas: to arrive in time, we recommend ordering by 5 December.
